Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your experience. First, I'd like to clarify that the technician that worked on your vehicle is not a new or recent graduate. He is a master technician that is a recently hired employee to Feist Automotive. In addition, the labor rates are not set by the service advisor but by the company, and unfortunately google does not (always) define jargon of any industry. The vehicle did not start due to a dead battery, and not only the service advisor but all three of the technicians took part in pushing the vehicle across the lot and into the parking lot. We are glad that we were able to address and repair your concerns, and look forward to helping maintain your vehicle to keep you smiling while driving on the road for years to come.
