Bought my 2008 HHR from Bret Chevrolet and then they went out of business. I was kind of stuck finding a new dealer to honor my warranties. I was directed by Chevrolet to go to Auburn Chevrolet.
I used them for a while and they were just...OK. Nothing special. I decided that I would give Good Chevrolet a try for my service needs. They did a good job and I was pleased that after the service was done, they told me on the phone that the service would be cheaper than my estimate. Wow! How often does that happen? Unfortunately, when we got to the cashier, the invoice was for more than we were quoted originally. They took care most of the difference, but I started to think.
When we were waiting in the customer lounge (which was very nice, by the way), one of the salesmen came over and started to ask if we had thought about trading in our car for a new model. They were working with another woman at the same time who was in for service and was really considering it. It got me wondering whether or not they charge a little extra for service to make trading the car in a little more attractive.
Either way, it was OK service. Nothing special that would make me want to return or recommend to anyone else.
