Sets clear expectations and real estimate
An honest place. Last two times I went to a garage, I was charged almost $200 more than the estimate (each time!) with no warning, no heads up that something extra was needed or had taken longer. Gordon can be trusted to do what he says at the price he says. No surprises came up this time, but I'm sure if they had, I'd have known before it was time to pay. Professional, nice, helpful, AND he speaks to women like they can understand what he's saying, which is always appreciated.
