Not very good with scheduling
Tracy is great once he shows up, but getting him to show up for mobile service is very difficult. He tells me he will be here on a specific day and I end up waiting for days for him to actually arrive. It requires multiple phone calls with promises made, but not kept. I hear him making promises to other customers on the phone as well, for service in the next 2 days. Currently, he promised to call me Monday night to let know about an appt. on Tuesday. There was no call, he's not answering my messages and texts. It's now Thursday. And I told him I would not be available the rest of the week. I feel that he needs to work on his ability to schedule customers, and respect our time when appts. are made.
