I was recommended to this mechanic shop. I'm working out of town and was told my bearings were bad in the rearend instead of replacing the bearings they said they dont do that I don't know why cause you can. Then I was told its the differential. What I was not told was that I was getting a whole rearend with a 100,000 miles on it. Then I go to pay 1200$ and see that im getting whole rearend i was not happy that I was not told that. The lady at the front desk lied said she she did tell me that. Then I guess the owner came out and proceeded to tell me he told me too also a lie. I Then was told to take my money back after I handed over 1200$ and still owed $603.79 which would have made the total $1803.79 pretty pricey for a used rearend with a 100,000 miles they also said the upcharged their parts. Not very professional in that aspect or very good business if you ask me. Yes my truck is fixed for now but for how long with that many miles. I also asked if they inspected it when they received it they said it would void the warranty if the removed the inspection plate. The warranty is only for 1yr at that. Let's hope it is a good one and not some worn out rearend that gives out shortly after a yr. I could have done this job for 800$ or less
