My car must hate me because it tried to end its own life with a self inflicted wound. The fan exploded and impelled itself into my radiator, draining all its coolant and leaving me with a carload of teenagers who ditched me while I waited alone for a tow truck.
When I spoke to Grandview the next day the person on the other line was friendly and called me back like he said he would when he had answers. The diagnosis was what I had suspected and the cost was outrageous! Not the shop’s fault but my own fault for buying a German car. Lol compared to other shops the price was fair.
During The whole process the friendliness continued and let me tell you it does make a difference. I loved the ‘thank you’ bag which is something have never gottan before at ANY car place. Nice touch. I felt like a valued customer. I also appreciated the detailed receipt. Hopefully we won’t be back but who am I kidding, cars are gonna be cars and need fixing.
