Grease Monkey's Quick Lube & Tire

This vehicle came in with the complaint of a ABS/Traction control light on. Customers complaint was that after another mechanic replaced one of the press in wheel bearings that the warning lights were on. Upon further diagnostics it was determined that the other mechanic put the bearing in backwards so that the magnetic strip that the sensor reads was facing the opposite direction. So the customers calculations are a bit off. As the old saying goes , If you think hiring a good mechanic is cheap , then wait til you hire a bad one. This customer evidently did not learn the lesson. I wear the badge of being called EXPENSIVE with pride. You can call us expensive but good. We got the job done right and it left with no warning lights on. The customer was given the quote and had days to decide before he brought it in for repair. So he was well aware of the cost. We do appreciate the business. Thanks !

I'm going to start off with this fact, like 4 bad reviews out of 466. I'll take it . You most definitely can't please everyone. But the lady that actually brought this vehicle in appeared to be very satisfied. On this particular vehicle all we did was an oil change , so I doubt this is the vehicle that the review is referring to . Lets hope not any way cause 2 weeks for an oil change is a bit long lol , even I'll agree to that lol. So what I think has happened is this prompt to leave a review was sent to someone else that perhaps brought this car in at a previous time and gave us a different name or number. I will say this we have never charged for a service that wasn't received intentionally , there must be a misunderstanding about that. Also this is the first I've heard of it , which is how it usually goes. Any way , I am not interested in speaking to the one that left the review. Once they are mad enough to air their grievences openly they are usually beyond reconciliation any way. They would rather be mad than to reach a solution. So I'll just respond to  the readers of this review with a simple response , just read the other 462 reviews from our satisfied customers before you come to your conclusion. THATS ALL!
