Works best for me to wait for the car while being serviced. They got to the car right away and had it done in an hour, less than the estimated time. I appreciate the thoroughness of the safety review and the documentation. The only issue I had was solved. I little disappointed that the tire rotation is now a separate charge, but overall the value is still there.
