Absolute best auto shop
First, Kyle is professional, efficient, takes his time to explain every detail involved in repairs, maintenance etc. I never feel like I’m lacking any information by the time I walk out of the door. He will even include picture of the damaged or broken parts in the estimate, and has even brought out a broken part for me to see in person, that was from my car. His mechanics are honest, thorough to no end, will find a way to explain things about your vehicle in ways you can understand without you feeling patronized or belittled for not being mechanically illiterate. I’ve never been overcharged, in fact I’ve gotten quoted less by Kyle than other mechanic shops that I trust as well. So he is extremely fair and transparent with his pricing and provides warranties that, in my opinion, are more than satisfactory for the life of a part installed. Never leaving this shop. Love this mechanic family.
