My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, particularly with a salesman named Elijah. From the beginning, I felt uncomfortable with his approach. I was interested in a vehicle, but I specifically wanted to compare the prices of two other, lower-priced options before making any decision.
Instead of respecting that, Elijah became very aggressive and tried to pressure me into signing paperwork to purchase a vehicle that I had already explained I was unsure about. I told him directly that I was uncomfortable signing the paperwork and that I wanted to see the pricing on the other two vehicles before deciding.
Rather than simply answering my questions or giving me time to make an informed decision, he became visibly upset, stormed off, and left me sitting there feeling extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed.
A customer should never feel pressured or uncomfortable when making a major purchase, especially when they are simply asking to compare prices and understand their options. His reaction was completely unnecessary and, in my opinion, resulted in the dealership losing a potential sale.
Very disappointed with the experience. I hope management addresses how customers are being treated because professionalism, patience, and respect should be the bare minimum when someone is considering spending thousands of dollars at your dealership.
