This is my second time having to write this review after my first one was taken down by the owner, Paul Vincent.
They took over a month to repair what should have been a simple fender bender. It took so long that my insurance stopped covering my rental, leaving me to pay for it out of pocket. On top of that, they charged over $10K for a repair that could have been done for under $2K. Even my insurance adjuster went off on them for repeatedly lying to us and being extremely rude and shady, and claiming they were working on my vehicle when they weren't. I checked my Tesla's location through the app every single day, and it remained in the exact same spot for most of the time they had it.
They didn't actually start working on my vehicle until the last 4 days they had it, which resulted in a rushed repair. When I finally got my Tesla back, the rear was still visibly messed up, and parts were out of place. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money. Take your Tesla to the Collision Center in Orlando instead.
