Hancock's has been family owned for almost 40 years, it has allowed the company to expand with the new location Hancock's Automotive on Iron Bridge Road, only a couple of miles from Rte. 288 and the Chesterfield Airport. We have added a state-of-the-art wheel alignment system, tire changer and wheel balancer. As well as in-ground and above-ground lifts. Awesome Experience
Just wanted to take a second out to say "THANK YOU" to Hancock's Automotive for such an awesome repair job that was done to my cadillac. Tyler was very helpful and gave fair and honest pricing. Also Mike who did the repair paid close attention to detail and made sure that there were no other potential problems. Awesome to deal with
I brought my 2020 Silverado in for tire rotation and oil change. During the service I spoke with Mike and because of when I wanted to do my oil changes in the future, he was able to recommend a great oil and filter. Also ordered 4 new tires, so I get free rotations whenever I want. 😁
