If I am told “a couple of days” and agree to one week, which is reasonable, I expect the car to be ready. Not only was it not ready but I got no updates, no communication and it took repeated calls and finally a firm demand on my part to get my car returned!
Subaru needs to upgrade their service representatives’ communication skills. Don’t “yes” me to get my business if you cannot follow through. Be honest, be considerate or we can take our business elsewhere where service is a higher value.
