Absolutely the best customer service!
My experience with Haselwood Hyundai was excellent. First and foremost, they listened to what I wanted and needed. They helped me to compare trim levels on the Kona, and decide which amenities for those trim levels will be long lasting for me. I was able to take my time, and ask any and all of the questions I needed to make my decision. Once I had decided on a vehicle, the financing manager took over and everything was discussed. He was able to work the financing to my budget. Nothing was rushed. Everything was explained. When all the signing was done, I sat in the vehicle while they talked me through the dashboard, and all the bells and whistles, including adjusting the back hatch opening height to my short stature. Wonderful service!
