Service was horrible
I dropped my car off at dealer on 4/24/26 for an oil change and NYS inspection. The service was scheduled to be done on 4/25/26. The service advisor called me at 11:30am to tell me I needed a 15k service, cabin filter, air filter. They also sent me pictures that the tech took of my car that was time posted at 8:30am. I told the advisor i dont need that right now to just do the oil change and inspection. The advisor stated to me that "the car isn't done yet and that I'll call you when it's done". I drove down at 1pm and was told that the tech was almost done and it would be another 10mins... 30 mins later it was done being worked on. Once I got in the car I noticed the tech left the dirty cabin filter and glove compartment on the floor on my car. I had to put it together myself. I also looked at the air filter and the tech never blew out the dirt from the filter before putting it back in the car after taking the pictures.
