Steve said they're kind and honest, if they're not sure of something, they'll tell him theyre not sure. If it takes a little longer he doesn't get upset because they're doing things to be safe and to get the repair done, they have a way about them. They're a family business and they treat him like he's family, he's been going there for 2 or 3 years and he recommends them to everyone he knows
