Bad Experience

I would not recommend buying from them they knowingly sold me a car that they new would have engine problems because it was under a recall. I have been in for the oil emissions test and have been turned down twice for fixing the motor. I have had nothing but run around from these people and hyundia
I am stuck paying for a car that uses 2quarts of oil every 300 miles. Will never buy from them again!!!

Salesman J.R. Is a liar!!!

So I’ll start with we called to verify that the car we wanted was still there and verified the price as to the same as the Internet price. Was informed it was still there and the price was correct. Was told to ask for J.R. When we arrived. So upon arrival we asked for J.R. and again asked if the price was the same as the Internet price. J.R. Pulled out his phone and said yes that’s the price. He mentioned something about they offer some program where you get free windshield replacement and road side assistance for basically a $1000.00. So after the test drive we said we will take it. We already had our own financing and knew the numbers we had decided on. J.R. comes back with the correct initial numbers but then says we have to pay the extra $1000.00 for the roadside stuff and it’s non negotiable. I said we don’t want or need it. He says every car dealership is forcing it. Well sorry J.R. But that’s a lie. We have found 3 more Elantra’s that we are interested in called all three dealerships they all have stated that we will not be strong armed into purchasing a dealer program we don’t want or need. Those are called “Options”. Meaning the option to buy or not lol o buy. Don’t shop here!!!
