I always prefer to bring my husband's and my car to the dealership to have services done, but the only way we could afford to do that is with the free oil changes and tire rotation that came with our cars' warranty. We would usually bring his car to the La Quinta Hyundai dealership because they could often take us as a walk-in or with only a day or two of notice. Every time we would bring his car in, they would always wash it and vacuum inside where your feet go too - I liked that because my dad always taught me that when you return something to someone, you return it in better condition than when you received it and this is a perfect practice of that lesson. When I brought my car in to the High Desert location for the first time, they said their sprayer wasn't working but that next time it would be, so they'd do extra good next time, but next time never came and they've never brought it up again. I understand they seem very busy, but I think the standard should be the same for all related dealerships. If one can do it, that should be the minimum for every one else too. Again, I can't complain because I couldn't afford to come here without the warranty supporting my costs, but I should still be treated as if I was paying for it. It's not something worth complaining about though and the people who work at High Desert are generally very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, so I make sure to not be a problem. I love Hyundai as a company; I love the warranty coverage that shows they support and believe in what they have. I used to think Hyundai was a cheap foreign company that made junk vehicles but all my experiences with Hyundai cars have been excellent. I do recommend my vehicle to others and I would love my next vehicle to be another one. For what you get, the price is just unbeatable. I wish the Blu coverage lasted longer, and of course I wish the free oil changes lasted for as long as the original owner owns the car but there's a silly old saying: "If wishes were horses, then everyone would ride."
