They did a great job.
They did a great job. They were honest. Turns out my belt squeak was just from loose belts, they tightened them and fixed the problem. My dome light actually worked, lol. They fixed my broken door check by replacing it. My only issue was the oil change costing over $100 but then they gave me a discount. I highly recommend them, and will continue to bring all four of my vehicles to them.

Great service. Not as expensive as expected. Very friendly.They answered questions and were very knowledgeable in their business. Things could not have gone any smoother.will be coming back for my auto needs thank you.
Thank you for a good experience. DJ was very knowledgeable. He explained what they would look for& what they would quote us. We never felt pressure. They were friendly & we were surprised that the cost was not as expensive ad we thought. We will be using HIS very soon in our repair of our car. Thank you DJ& crew Stephen Poehler

The "go-to" auto repair shop
My 2005 Focus started having an intermittent electrical problem. Warning dash lights would come on, speedometer & other gages would go blank, automatic door lock wouldn't work, scary to me!! I'd park it, try it a few days later & everything was back to normal. Then it would go bonkers on the next trip. I noted everything I noticed, took a picture of the dash & didn't know what to do next. Asked around to find out who would be honest & fair & H.I.S. was recommended. Explained the problem to DJ, not an emergency, so got an appt a week later. Drove over & went over all my observations with him, Dave took me home, I got the diagnostic results by text in a few hours, I okayed the work & they promised the car would be ready the next day. It was!! DJ & I set a time for picking me up, it was perfect! I was so grateful for the kindness, patience & knowledge I received. I had been prepared for a huge dollar amount since it was electrical. Diagnostics were $65.00 plus the work, parts, etc. & totaled only $207.00 plus my car got a total clean bill of health in every area! I'm 85 & was concerned I'd be taken advantage of by the wrong garage. H.I.S. is the best in all areas of auto repair & customer service. I feel blessed to have found them!!

Good service, fair prices.
Communication was a bit lackluster, but the overall experience was excellent. This is the third car I've had them work on. I've been satisfied every time. I recommend them. I'll be back.
