Always Excellent - Coming here is just Easy
I never have to worry about bringing my car for servicing anymore, it's just easy. So friendly, so organized, I feel well taken care of and after my 3rd time here now, I am in awe on how I don't "think" about worrying about my car anymore when my whole life that has been an constant stress. And it's amazing coming inside and everything is so clean and organized, everyone so friendly, perfect communication, attention to details, and ease of picking up the car. Really everything is just that, it's easy and pleasant and I no longer dread taking my car for servicing anymore! :)

Totally satisfied with the maintenance performed on my 2019 Mercedes E450 Coupe. Vehicle was thoroughly inspected, I was kept informed of progress and suggestions were made to prioritize additional items found for potential future remediation. Eric was professional, courteous and efficient. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Until now I had always serviced my vehicle at the dealer but Hoffman's has earned my trust as a new regular customer.
