Disrespectful
Dropped my car off at Hollar Hyundai on a Sunday afternoon. My appointment time was 7 am Monday morning.
Called around 2 pm asked for my advisor to call me back. Called again at 5 and asked for an update on my car. They couldn't find my car.
Spoke to Devon and he said he looked in the key drop and my key wasn't there. The key was in service drop box. Where my husband was told to put it. Nope it was supposed to go to night drop box. I told Devon we would come by the dealership to find my car. Devon stated (Good luck finding your car) we close at 6:30.
Raymond called after we left let us know my car needed to go to the dealership that the warranty work was completed at. Stated he would talk with me the next day when i picked my car up. When i asked for him he wasn't working that day.
Went by the dealership today asked to speak with a supervisor and pick my car up. Justin told the advisor it would be an hour before he could speak with us. No, customer service! No, care was given.
