When the driver arrived he was EARLIER than he advised on the phone call which was a very big plus. He did back down the driveway. I was a little nervous at first because it seemed like he was going a bit too fast for the condition & length of our driveway but he maintained control over his truck and stayed on the driveway so I was pleased.
The driver was very professional, courteous and polite. I was very impressed with the fact that he actually did want to see my photo ID (doesn’t always happen in my experiences that the tow driver asks to see my AAA card and my DL but he did. He took many photos of my vehicle from all angles which I was happy to see him do because it means he is clearly covering himself and he is going to treat my vehicle well so I don’t end up with new scratches etc.
All in all he was polite, arrived ahead of scheduled time given and he maintained communication with me from the time he was dispatched to my call. Unfortunately I cannot recall the name of my tow truck driver…. He did provide me with his name on the phone call he made giving me his anticipated arrival time but I am not good with recalling names. To describe him he was an African American male with dreadlocks, he was around my height between 5’8”-5’10” tall slim build. Extremely polite. I hope the details provided and the time this service request was assigned to him is enough to make sure he gets a Compliment in his employee file because he did his job correctly and he did it with in a professional way that not all employees do in this day and age.
I was very pleased with the performance of HOOK’S TOWING & RECOVERY and I would say if I needed a hook in the future independent of my AAA membership I would definitely call on this business to handle my towing needs.
