Good diagnostics & install, just sloppy finishup
I brought my truck in for correcting its AC-fade-in-effectiveness issue. My initial discussion w/Huck and the next-day diagnostic plan w/his rep were very impressive & reasonable in scope, and the work was done by 4 PM. While the AC was definitely more effective, when I spot-checked the work, I found working fingerprints on the driver door edge, then the auxiliary ATF cooler had not been re-ziptied to the (replaced) condenser behind it, and was supported only by the ATF in/out hoses :-( .. Last thing was a loose front plastic grille, removed to access the condenser. Fastened in by 6 snap-in tabs, half of those were not clicked in & the grille could have popped off on a hard bump. Seemed like wrapping up the work perhaps went a bit too fast or lacked a solid recheck.
