service advisor Richard was drunk
Recently brought in my palisade for an oil change and brake inspection. Upon arrival Richard Rodriguez , whom was available to help me had a very strong alcohol odor coming from him. Looking to me as if he was drunk and wasn’t really focused and very sleep deprived .Made me very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Won’t be coming here again.

This place is terrible
These people stole and probably sold the EV charger out of the car they sold me and racked up toll fees on my trade in. This is the worst dealership on the planet

Incompetent technicians
Car problems, barely made it to the dealership. It took them 4 days to even look at it since I had not made an appointment (the problem came on suddenly and the car couldn't be driven safely so there was no time for an appointment).
They replaced a fuel pump but it didn't fix the problem. They then replaced the high pressure fuel pump and a sensor. They also replaced the battery.
There's NO WAY that BOTH fuel pumps, the sensor, AND the battery all became defective at the same time!!!
I was without my car for 24 days.
$3400 :(

Poor Service
I went for an oil change service. I got there and I found out that the service was $199 which I had asked online for someone to call me which no one did. The Service Advisor told me that was the price because of inflation. When I got my car back I noticed my tires were not rotated and little things like oil change reminder sticker was not placed on the windshield, no car wash etc.. Service advisor was very rushed. He seemed inconvenienceed when I would ask questions and quotes and when I walked back to look for him, he was not at his desk. His coworkers called and paged him and never responded. About 10 minutes later I asked the adviser to have him call me which never happened. I am doubting if the oil change was even done. The mechanic's report said I needed brake flush, coolant flush which if he even looked he would have seen it was recently changed. Overall I question the entire service especially for $200. When I get some time this week I am taking my car to another dealer to have the service re-done which this whole ordeal has cost me alot of money for something like a oil change service. Bottom line, very disappointed for what this dealer has become. I saw and heard reviews and I didn't believe it until now. Never going back.

As usual, it was a very stress free process from scheduling the appointment to drop off to picking up my vehicle. I was given a realistic time frame and my vehicle was done even before then. I was assisted promptly during both drop off and pick up.

Always Great Service
I bought my Hyundai used from CarMax but have always brought my car for service here. They are quick to check you in. Communicate throughout the process and don't do services that are not needed. They also perform any recall issues during time of service if there are any. They are always busy so get an appointment.
