Verified CustomerHi Andy. Sorry the appointment took longer than you expected, but the reason for that was is was more than just an oil change. You had a 60k extended maintenance interval done, which includes an oil change, but also covers the full brake fluid flush, cabin filter replacement, and a list of other things to check over. In addition we replaced your key battery and a few other incidentals. We did go over this with you prior to your appointment of coarse, but im glad for your feedback non the less.
