Gabe said they have phenomenal customer service, great communication, and great ability to get him in and out in a timely fashion. Overall, the management and people there are good. He did mention that they weren't able to locate his account at first, which was frustrating, and they had to hold on to his vehicle overnight.

Another satisfying experience
I needed my spare tire hoist mechanism checked. From that, the needed parts were delivered the next day. Installation was quick ans completed without delay. The cost was very reasonable and well worth it

Their customer service and work ethic and fair pricing makes you feel like family
I usually don’t go to mechanic shops because I’m worried that things might not be as they seem, but hurst Firestone is legit. Their customer service is awesome and their Christian based company that believes in truthfulness and honest pricing I wish them the best success they’ve obviously been around for a long time and there’s a reason for that you can count on them

Always excellent service at Hurst Firestone!
When i moved to Flagstaff almost 8yrs ago i shortly was in need of some work on my car. Not knowing where to go i went to a few auto shops in town to talk with them and get an estimate. The choice was easy as i went with Hurst Firestone and i have been with the ever since! The mechanics are highly qualified. Their customer servicw is excellent and they have always been extremely fair with their estimates. I sure am glad i did my homework because they will always get my business.
