Had to have our vehicle towed in, we quickly received a diagnosis, specialty part was ordered, that took a week to get in hand and they installed it quickly and sufficiently. I was very pleased with their communication and the customer service I received. 10/10 would recommend which is not often the case with auto mechanic's!
The car was left abused (used by a teenager) and abandoned (not really-just overnight) on a not so lonesome roadside in a small Texas town. My prognosis was a marginal chance of survival for the car but I had to try to revive her. I felt like I had a friend in Graham where I thought she might recooperate. I dragged her (had it towed) to their doorstep where she was taken in. Hysmith's tried hard and fast but alas my prognosis of marginal became final and we lost her. Her final caretakers were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding so even though the car didn't survive, I appreciated the time conscious professional service.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic on an airbag error light. When Hysmith does an oil change they don’t just top your fluids, they check out everything. Your notified of everything they find but no pressure to get anything fixed. Heck I had to ask for a price for one of the recommended services. Now on my diagnostic! The machine didn’t show anything, he went on online to google AI and found the reason for my error light and what was needed to fix it. How cool is that. Top notch service!!!
