Later, I was told that the manager wasn’t sending out the pricing because another customer was coming in the next day. After that, Angel reached out to check in, and again I mentioned I hadn’t received the original pricing yet. When I finally did get the pricing, both Noah and Angel explained it was due to new tariffs, but that didn’t make sense since I had never received the initial quote to compare it to. When I mentioned this, Angel offered to have the manager honor the original price, but by that point, I was already extremely frustrated.
Now, after all this back-and-forth, I’ve been told the pricing is "aggressive" and can’t be honored. The lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, and constant delays have made for a very disappointing experience. I asked Noah to have a manager to reach out regarding the negative experience and to no surprise I never heard back.
