On January 19, I went to get a new battery for my 2015 Sonata Hybrid. I stopped and asked Parker where I needed to go to get the service done. She directed me to the service area. While waiting to get the battery replaced, I went to the showroom to kill some time. I saw a table for the Ioniq and Parker was sitting at the table. I told her I liked the vehicle and had driven one before. She took me out to the Ioniq and asked if I wanted to drive one again. I did and to make a long story short, I drove away with a brand new 2022 Ioniq Hybrid. My wife brought her 2010 Toyota Prius in for the trade. That was totally unexpected, but I am glad I took the jump.
