Absolutely horrible, unprofessional, and unpleasant to work with.
Absolutely horrible!!!! Lack of communication is an understatement. I have literally called over 100 times with little to no response back, not even an update from them through this whole process. It literally took them three weeks to even submit the warranty paperwork to Hyundai. The Service Manager was very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with, saying that he had a couple of cars ahead of me. The day it was dropped off ended up three weeks later before he even sent the paperwork off. The mechanics did their job in the first 72 hours for the diagnostic part then the paperwork sat on his desk. I even drove 45 minutes to the dealership to get an answer because they would never return phone calls or answer the phones. They tried to sell me another car... I was promised a rental car after the paperwork was sent and approved by Hyundai. After 4 1/2 weeks, Hyundai called me and said everything was approved. So I called the dealership the next day, and the next excuse was they had to wait till they ordered the replacement parts. Well, five weeks later, I finally got a rental car. After 30 days in the rental, I had not heard back from the dealership I decided to call them. Apparently, they did the work, and we're about to finish it in the next couple of days. I called back a week later on a Monday after not hearing back from them, and it was completed on Friday. No communication and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never buy a car or have my vehicle serviced with this place EVER again.
