I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy in january it currently has 2500 miles and has been in their shop 3 times since May. First time i called the sales manager stated they will not provide a loaner until they make sure i didn't do anything to the vehicle. The app was labeling powertrain issue. I reached out to my sales guy to resend me the lease agreement he stated he was busy and would get it to me this was a month ago i have yet to receive my lease agreement or a solid solution to my problem. I called Hyundai corporate a case was opened a week ago every time i call i'm given the run around about when someone will reach out to me. the 3rd time the car broke down it was towed into their auto repair shop when i received the repair form they wrote the vehicle had nothing wrong with it. See photos for reference less than 24 hrs after bringing the car back home. Dishonest. I've never been treated like this in my life. I've been cool and calm every time i call so i'm not being treated wrong because i'm yelling maybe im being too nice. STAY AWAY!!!
