blemished new cars and do not honor customer satisfaction as promised on website
Bought a new Tucson, failed many safety items before getting home. Called immediately next day and they refuse to buyback or replace. 40k for new car that comes broken is not a new car. I am disabled, senior veteran and this is very popr treatment. Purchased 26 tucson hybrid 5/23/2026. Gs I bought at this dealer because of the 3 day satisfaction promise that is all over the website. There has been no committment to that promise. False advertising? perhaps. I am very disappointed, all I can say is BUYER BEWARE, here is there written promise that they are refusing. . 3 Day Worry-Free Exchange
