Disorganized, dishonest, or both
I scheduled a warranty repair appointment two days in advance. They told me they would order the parts. I even called the morning of my appointment to confirm, and they assured me the parts were in and we were good to go.

I showed up and was told the parts were never ordered and were out of stock. So they confirmed an appointment hours earlier knowing, or not bothering to check, that they could not do the work. They wasted my entire trip and my time.

Then it got worse. They tried to charge me for the repair, which is warranty work fully covered by Hyundai. Either they do not know how their own manufacturer warranty works or they were hoping I would not know.

Disorganized, dishonest, or both. This is exactly the kind of experience that gives dealerships a bad reputation. Take your car anywhere else.
