Unpleasant
I’ve done many reviews on Hyundai of Yuma. All have been great reviews; they have great customer service. I’ve purchased many vehicles from them. Just recently bought a used 2016 Chrysler 200 for my daughter. Low millage, good price, and great looking vehicle. Within a few weeks I had a few minor issues and they assisted. In a month the vehicle started with problems. The check engine, ABS, air bag, parking break, and traction control lights came on. I called and mentioned that I knew I had purchased the vehicle “as is.” I seemed assistance and I told them that I understood it was used and I was not seeking them to fix it. I was willing to pay to check what was wrong with it, but possibly getting a discount. You would think they would be more helpful and understandable, since I just had the vehicle for a few months now. I was told to try and take it to the dealership pertaining to the make and model of the car. They couldn’t do much cause of the make and model of the vehicle. Long story short; I took it to a local technician and the vehicle has a water leak from the heater transfer core and caused damages to the modules. Now I’m stuck with a 2800 dollar bill and don’t even have 3 months with the vehicle. Just a word of advise, check the used vehicles properly. The codes they ran at the shop were old codes. Makes me think that these codes were present when purchased the vehicle. I love Hyundai of Yuma, but they dropped the ball here with a loyal customer.
