Recent purchase
I recently purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 from Hyundai of Yuma. This is the 5th vehicle I purchased from them. Never had an issue great service department and staff. So the Chrysler came with a few issues. I took it back to address the issues and they did. A few months down the road, I had the park brake, check engine, airbag lights on. Pretty much all lights were on. I spoke to the sales person that sold it to me for my 19 year old daughter. (Her first car) I told him that I knew the car was used and was aware that I might have to pay due to it not being under warranty. Which was fine, I told him that if there was a way to give me a discount. Pretty much they told me that I would have to take it to Chrysler dealership and they wouldn’t be able to assist. I took it to a locate shop. I had the heater core leaking and was messing up a module. I had to pay 2,600 dollars for repairs. Only had the vehicle for 3 months. Today I took it to discount tires and they told me I had used tires and needed new tires in the front. Hyundai had told me that they had placed brand new tires. Again only had it for 3 months. I live Hyundai of Yuma, but you guys dropped the ball in this one. Then I contact them just to give an update. They said I could take it back, they would purchase it back from me and I could look at a new one. I can’t afford a new one, plus this vehicle is for my daughter for school. Very disappointed.
