Verified CustomerMr. joseph Thank your for your feed back, its unfurtunate we could not get a better rating from you over a price issue even after we did our best to take you in with out an appoinment and invested close to 2 hours of diagnose to confirm the problem and overal condition of your vehicle, the price you paid is the correct amount including diagnosis fee, labor to replace the problem you came in with and all necessary parts like coolant, thermostat, and resevoir cap. we would like to encurage you to consiter the circumtances of the cost with all original dealer parts and yes cheaper estimats and repairs also come with cheaper parts and tent to fail often our intent is to fix it ones and for all to save your from future inconveniences on the road. thank you and we appreciate your business.
