Verified CustomerMs. Tamayra It is unfortunate we get this type feed back due to your lack of knowledge but allow me to help you to begin with the charges on your bill were paid by your warranty company and review prior to approval by video and pictures with that's there requirements before repairing anything then it get estimates by the book to verify labor times and cost.
on the other hand if our staff this there job very correct they cant and they will not put every other customer behind the line just to give you priority, every customer take the time to set up an appointment and drop there vehicle off to get there work done even then our team was able to get your vehicle repair and done on the time given to you with no problems other than your oil change require that you did not wanted to pay for, but but pour manager still went further to assist you and contacted warranty company and had them review it and had them approve at no cost to you witch that was your unification even tho you had purchase that vehicle nearly a month prior.
And as for the last thing your more than welcome to contact your warranty company to give any other options to take your vehicle to get service we will be happy and will notify of them in regards to your statement and defamation of them and us doing possible fraud activity, and keep in mind gender has no motive for us we treat and respect everybody equal thank you for your feed back.
