Highly Exceptional Service Experience at Ian’s Auto Service!
I visited Ian’s Auto Service a few weeks ago & spoke with Jamie Adam, Service Manager, about scheduling my Honda Pilot for service.

He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, insightful, listened intently with patience, and was friendly. After our conversation, I was quite comfortable and confident in his expertise. So, I scheduled an appointment.

Today, I took my Pilot to Ian’s for an oil change & a 95-point Inspection to evaluate the overall performance & status of my Pilot from bumper-to-bumper. Zach professionally performed the evaluation. Jamie explained the status clearly in an easy to comprehend manner and provided a fair, upfront estimate. He didn't try to upsell unnecessary services, which I truly appreciated!
I agreed with the proposed Service Plan & Zach performed the needed service work expediently and professionally.

My car runs perfectly! Their attention to detail was amazing. It's rare to find a shop that offers honest advice, great value, and exceptional customer service all in one place. I’m fortunate to have discovered a shop with Stellar Integrity!

They've earned a loyal customer in me. I'll be sharing my experience with family, friends, & colleagues and will recommend they bring their vehicles to Ian’s for service!
