Great workout at the ILKB Glen Allen location. If you are looking to switch up your workout routine this should be your first stop. I needed something to remotivate me and this was it. Instructors are fun, encouraging and give great directions & tips each time to make sure you're doing moves correctly and still keeping it engaging. Very clean also!
