The warm up alone leaves me exhausted but the support that I get from the teacher and the other members helps me to push through the struggle. Friendly staff who are always willing to talk to you about your goals and offer any tips and advice, class always start on time so that your in and out when your supposed to be. A good way/place to add excitement to your workout routine
