This place was awesome in 2019. The coaches (Joey) were really involved, motivational, and knew your baseline strength and always yelled at you to do better. He was very knowledgeable on not just fitness but also actual kickboxing techniques beyond just what the average coach there would teach. He was really passionate about being a coach there. That’s what I loved during a workout and now this place lacks that intensity.
