They listen and explain
I went for a second opinion to find out why my regular mechanic was having trouble fixing my car. Clinton talked with me for quite awhile on the phone, and made an appointment for me to bring it in. He called my mechanic letting him know how it needs to be repaired correctly. I couldn't pick it up that day, so they let me leave it there over the weekend. They also have a shuttle service in the morning.

Headlight problem
It was my mistake that I didn’t push the bulb into the receptacle far enough. These guys got me in the next day, solved the problem and had me cheerfully out the door. No charge. This is a thoughtful, stable personable group of mechanics. Great shop!

Import has been servicing our vehicles for years now. They are always competent, thorough, kind, and honest. These are real mechanics who have earned our full trust. Clinton shoots it to you straight, and so does the whole team. You can believe that if Import has your vehicle, the work will be done efficiently and with true expertise. This group of super-cool mechanics treat me with respect, as is my 600 mile/year driving record deserved it.
MY 2011 Honda CRV runs as nimbly as the day I got it; and , most importantly, the guys at Import Aurthority have assured that I have never been stranded on the road with some signal blinking on my dashboard. They anticipate what might happen because of my unusual driving habits and take care of it ahead of time. And, they're hilarious! If I have to get up at the @%$*# time it takes to get my car in, at least it's quite enjoyable once I get there.

Major Service and problems resolved
I’ve got a 2007 Toyota 4Runner with an 187k miles and knew I was due for a timing belt and water pump and a bunch of other service items. Just before bringing it in for that, I had a bunch of warning lights go on on the dash. Clint kept me informed all along the way, including the discovery of critters that had chewed some of the wiring. They fixed everything, trucks running great and I’ve found my independent auto repair shop for my Toyotas going forward. Thanks guys.
