Sales isn’t looking out for the customer
Hi I’ve dealt with Bill several times and find this shop very frustrating bc it’s obvious you are looking to sell services as the first priority vs what the customer actually needs. You recommend everything without parsing out what is important treating everything as equal and leaving the research and homework up to the customer. I have to take the car to another shop to get the truth about what I really need to do now. Sorry just facts. I suggest changing the strategy around to something less salesy.

Thank you for the feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Our goal is never to be “salesy,” but to be as transparent and thorough as possible. Every vehicle receives a detailed 40+ point digital inspection that includes photos, videos, and clear notes. We organize findings into categories by urgency so customers can easily understand what needs attention now vs. what can wait.

Preventive maintenance items are intentionally placed in the non-urgent category to help customers make informed decisions at their own pace. We always want our clients to feel educated, not pressured.
