I have taken my vehicles to In and Out for many years. This time my Honda Civic failed the DEQ test, so I took it to In and Out. They fixed the problem, identified and repaired some other problems, took my car thru the DEQ test, purchased the new tags, and even stuck them on my car. I think that's good service with a personal touch!
