Chris and his team are fantastic. They always provide clear, helpful information and keep things moving efficiently. Most importantly, I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of when I go in. i can’t express my gratitude more to all the mechanics and customer service guys that have worked on my car. they do all the heavier work on my car that i can’t do myself or don’t know how and it’s always their best work, given that my car is a not so common model and can be very difficult to find parts for. thank you for always doing great work <3

Professional, timely service
First time customer, I went in for an oil change and general inspection. I appreciate how quickly they were able to schedule the work. They were thorough, but they didn't give me a long list of expensive things that need to be done. Just a few minor routine things. And very reasonable prices.

low beam light replacement
Firstly I’d like to say WOW who knew replacing headlights would be so EXPENSIVE. Big Brand quoted me a little over $400 to replace both low beam lights. Looked up VW mechanics in Tucson and liked what the community had to say about Independent Volkswagen and Audi. I went in around 930am with no appointment and left around 1030am and only spent $150 for replacing 1. The labor fee was humanely affordable and even the price for the single bulb was marked up to high heaven. Apparently my Golf Sportswagen takes bougie bulbs. The gentleman there were kind, courteous and attentive. While I was waiting 2 other women went in with different things and both left happy too. I will definitely be coming back for my automotive needs and will tell everyone how great you feel leaving there.
