Timely repair & trustworthy business
Timely repair of my 1998 Chevy 1500 van. My air conditioner was not blowing cold air, I was expecting several hundred dollar repair, instead it was only a leak & non-functional relay switch for $24.50. Idler arms placed in 2019 were replaced under warranty in steering column. This is a trustworthy business and thorough. I won't trust my vehicles to any other mechanical garage.

Todd and the team do a fantastic job diagnosing and communicating. They properly assessed a steering problem that was misdiagnosed by Honda as suspension. They provide excellent value for their expertise.

Honest & Thorough
I brought my car for service after being told by a local dealership that it'd cost nearly $2k to have an oil leak repaired. My car had lost a lot of oil, but surprise surprise, no oil leak was found when I took the car to Integrity. I'll pay a tenth of what I would've paid at the dealership, who was likely trying to scam me into a costly repair or trading in my car.

I'll be having Integrity service my car going forward. 10/10 definitely recommended!

Poor People Skills with customers
You took a week to recharge my ac
I had to call several times to ask about what was takin so long
No return calls to give an update
When car was ready went to pay with debit card AFTER card was accepted you then told me we have to charge a 3% surcharge for using a card
Then you say I could have paid with a check or cash but you got your money first then you tell a customer they could save money by paying with a check or cash
So you got your surcharge but you won't get my business anymore!

I'm sorry you feel we took to long with your vehicle. You were told we were busy when you dropped the vehicle off and you stated you were in no hurry but just wanted it blowing ice cold when picked up ( which it was ). But after we talked to you, to explain what the diagnosis on your A/C was you added a vehicle inspection and again was told we were busy which you stated no problem again.

The 3.5% card surcharge fee you were charged, we do not charge you that nor do we receive any of that money, that is a charge that the credit card company charges for the convenience of using your card. Also there is a sign posted on the wall right at the window where you stood talking to me that clearly says it.

Integrity. It's all in the name.
I’ve trusted Todd and the team at Integrity with my cars for 9-10 years. I later started working for a company that manages their IT, so I also see how they operate behind the scenes. That insider view only confirms what I get as a customer: fair treatment and solid mechanical repairs. If a tech doesn’t have the answer, they track it down - no upsells, just solutions. They stay busy, so sometimes it’s a couple days before they can look at my car, but the work is worth the wait. I use other shops for tires and routine oil changes because I have a connection there, but for mechanical repairs Integrity is in the sweet spot between a quick‑lube place and a dealership - skilled, honest, and reliable.
