I have always had a good experience with Integrity. They do not over try to upsell me every time I come in, which to me, is great. Everyone hates dealing with car repairs and I think all of us just want an honest assessment, which they do. I want to give a shout out to Carissa! Also, there are some restaurants right across the street so one can easily walk over and enjoy breakfast or lunch while waiting
