**DO NOT GO THERE** I’m 29 and they sold me my first duramax with bad head gaskets and bad rear end. For 30k
bought a 2016 Chevy duramax 3500 for $30,000.00 1 month ago and has had everything that could go wrong with this truck has went wrong. Now it needs head gasket and a rear end and they have turned me away for service after telling me what’s weomg with. Now head gaskets will cost $5,000.00-$8,000.00

Rear, another $5000.00

These people are thief’s, they should have never had this truck on the lot with all these problems. My truck was with them for a week and half with them figuring it out and then they turned me away for threatening a lawyer. Wolves in sheep’s clothing.

I’m 29 and self employed now I have to pay for this so I can sell it.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

Brand New Car. Terrible customer service
We purchased a brand new 2023 Highlander limited and were sold on the under coating for about 900 dollars. When the salesman went to make an appointment for getting the under coating applied he came back and told us it had already been done prior to us buying the car. We were confused. So why did we have to pay $900.00 plus dollars when the under coating was standard on the car? Well the explanation was that it was for the annual check up which we told the salesman we would never do. The sales manager later said that they would not have sold us this $50,000 dollar car if we would have not opted for the under coating. We called BS but they wouldn’t move.

Then we had ordered a hitch, took the day off from work to get it installed only to find out that they ordered the wrong part so we would have to leave the car with them. They gave us a car to use telling us that if we didn’t bring it back on a certain day it would be considered stolen.

THEN when we were coercing them to bring our new car back they said the technician who was supposed to be doing the work had been scheduled for training all day where they had thought it was only supposed to be half a day and the car would not be ready until another day that they did not specify.

The sales manager stated that it was just like if a technician called in sick but they scheduled our technicians schedule so it was not random chance.

They also demanded that we bring the loaner in 3/4 full of gas although it was at about 3/4 when we got it and as of tomorrow it is technically stolen since we can’t bring it back as our car is still in the garage.

I really want to cancel the whole deal but I don’t think I can without a lawyer. What I can do is never, ever buy another car from these unorganized people and make sure everyone I ever talk to avoids them and I can give them poor reviews. Do not, do not, buy a car from these people. Ever.

I paid $353.00 for spark plugs and wires to be changed. The next day the check engine light came on.
I had the the code scanned again and the same code came on the truck ran rough.
Also the tech checked the box that the anti freeze reservoir was refilled it was empty! I requested for a brake check they are still slipping.Then they tell me that I have $3,500 dollars in oil leaks, I have had this issue checked they are non existent!!
Also I just sold them my 2016 Ford Focus 49k that was a good thing because the car is a piece of junk! I hope the transmission doesn't fail for the new owner. They gave me $8,400 and I'm sure will sell it for $12k.They lost a customer!!!

Service Department
Always good customer service . I have an older pickup that I want to keep in good running shape. I have needed maintenance ( sensor, belts, tune ups) and they have always done good work and had reasonable prices. If you go online and research for a certain specific repair and a cost range they have been on the lower end. I have never needed a major repair but this is definitely where I will go.

Buyer beware they will screw you over.
Absolute joke of a shop and support staff. My parents just bought a used truck (less than 90K miles) out of this dealership. not even 500 miles on it and the upper oil pan is leaking. The dealership denied it was leaking several times, giving them the run around for over a month. Finally admitted it was the oil pan, blamed my dad, and tried to charge $1000 to fix it with half the warranty other shops give. The truck is still not fixed. They should have checked the reviews before they went here. It will not happen again.

We were greeted immediately when we entered the lot with an extremely friendly saleman named Nick Franklin.....even though they were closing shortly he offered to come to work early to meet up with us the next day. I would highly recommend due to how I was treated. Thank you for the amazing customer service.
