Got truck back for 2 weeks ago now. Truck was clean the engine bay as spectacular when I picked it up. They completed the job before I thought. I haven’t had any issues truck feels great. John and his team went above and beyond on my truck.

Cab bushing replacement
One of the only shops in Greenville that will work on a 1991 Dodge diesel pick up. I had struggled to find places that would work on a truck this old and J&J happily took me on as a customer

These folks know diesels. They seem fair and honest.
I put my truck here in the shop bc it was idling really rough and they tested it by letting it run and driving it around but couldn’t seem to replicate the problem. Apparently they burned out the bad fuel that I had picked up and I seems to run fine except for a little sputtering here and there. They could have just thrown parts at it and charged me like a lot of other shops would have. Instead they tried to replicate the problem and in so doing they just told me that they couldn’t find anything wrong with it so I picked it back up and wasn’t charged for it. Nice people giving their shop a good name!

I just stopped in while I was driving by. I spoke with Allison at the front desk about my truck she gave me great feedback on options for my truck and what current customers have done to their truck to make them last. Allison had John reach out to me about what my plan is with my truck, I just told him reliable it’s a stock truck and I want to keep it that way. He suggested me to bring my truck in to get check it out. I feel he gave me a honest inspection on my truck and great feedback.
We are going forward with the work. And can’t wait.

Diesel Repair
Dropped off my 2014 F350 as it needed some extensive work for oil leaks from several locations due to seals being worn out. Allison and the guys did a great job keeping me informed and got the job done. It was an expensive repair this time around, but Allison explained everything in detail and why the repairs were needed. They did their best to keep the cost down. I found J & J’s to be honest and trustworthy with my truck. Business done the way it should be.
