Suffering for 2 months buying a defective Pre-owned certified sonata from the York center.
The problem of driver side AC throwing hot air intermittently started right from the second day of purchase in the month of May this year.
They tried to ignore it giving some nonsense reasons. Finally had to accept when the corporate office advised them to behave. But after keeping the car for a month they could not fix it. The Service Manager found the problem himself but could not fix it after several trial and error efforts. Now they are giving only verbal assurance for last two weeks that it would be taken care of and they are working on it. While the car is here with me and I am suffering with the erratic AC behavior.
Also I have the Bumper to Bumper warranty for 100k miles.
Very frustrating and don't understand how the senior manager and corporate can allow this kind of business practices!
