I have had a few windshields replaced since I have been in Memphis the last 15 years. Why I never heard of Jack Morris Autoglass I do not know. Two different people I crochet with weekly recommended Jack Morris and I am so glad I went there. Jennifer in the office is wonderfully helpful. Pleasant to work with and even went above and beyond to help me as I did not remember my auto insurance information, cannot do that email, take a picture and send it back, and I am physically disabled and cannot walk well. She did it all for me, and I am such an extremely happy customer. Stopped by there on Tuesday, scheduled for windshield replacement on Friday!!! No hassle. No pressure. No stress!! I will definitely be referring anyone and everyone to Jack Morris Autoglass, and specifically referring everybody to Jennifer!!!! Thanks, y'all!!!!
